Industries We Serve

The same engineering discipline — geometry specified, uniformity validated, FAT-tested — applied to the operating windows of regulated and demanding industries.

Food & Beverage

Flavour and seasoning bases, instant powders, bakery mixes, fruit and vegetable powders, pet-food premixes. Cook & chill in one vessel with a documented thermal record per lot. Sanitary SS 304/316 construction, stub-shaft agitators, spray-ball CIP, Ra ≤ 0.8 µm finishes.

Typical: PRB ribbon mixers · PRBD cook & chill · 50–150 mbar vacuum flash-cooling

Pharmaceutical & API

Wet granulation followed by in-vessel drying to target LOD, solvent recovery under closed loop, containment to OEB levels, and full CIP with validation documentation. Discrete, vessel-defined lots for full traceability.

Typical: PRBD/PVRD vacuum dryers · 10–30 mbar · jacket 40–60 °C · SS 316L

Nutraceutical & Protein Powders

Botanical extracts, probiotics, whey and plant protein isolates dried without denaturation or loss of viable count — colour and aroma retained. Micro-ingredient blending below 0.1% w/w with chopper-assisted double ribbons.

Typical: 30–80 mbar · product ≤ 45 °C · CV validation by thief probe

Battery & Energy Materials

Cathode and anode precursor drying to single-digit ppm moisture, NMP and solvent recovery, electrode slurry pre-mix. Inert atmosphere throughout with nitrogen back-fill; Hastelloy execution for aggressive chemistries.

Typical: ≤ 10 mbar · N₂ back-fill · ATEX / inert-loop control

Specialty Chemicals

Pigments, catalysts, resins and intermediates. Reaction under vacuum with controlled heat input, then drying and cooling in the same body. Hardox® and hardfaced executions for abrasive duties.

Typical: 10–100 mbar · solvent recovery · thermal oil to 250 °C

Plastics, Polymers & Minerals

Drying and degassing of resins, masterbatch and additive blends before extrusion; moisture control in technical ceramics and fine mineral powders. Continuous ELEIT integration directly upstream of extruders.

Typical: 50–200 mbar · jacket to 150 °C · continuous 0.5–60 t/h

Agriculture & Animal Nutrition

Feed premixes, medicated blends, forage additives and manure-solids thermal conditioning at continuous throughputs to 60 t/h with liquid addition and dust-control coating.

Typical: ELEIT continuous · 45–90 s residence · liquid addition to spec

Building Materials & Ceramics

Dry-mix mortars, cement additives, technical ceramics and fine mineral powders in Hardox®-lined, hardfaced machines engineered for abrasive service.

Typical: PRB hardfaced · carbon steel or Hardox® · 4–8 min blends
