Proc-X operates on a different model: every machine is manufactured in-house, to one engineering standard, with one point of accountability from specification to FAT.
QuantumX carries that model into mixing. We publish the geometry of our machines — flight width, pitch, radial clearance, tip speed — because those are the numbers that predict blend performance. We prove performance in trial before quotation, write the acceptance criteria into the order, and test the production machine against the same tracer method before it ships.
